Demeter Spiritus Terrae Malvasia Orange

Malvasia wines have a rich, complex aroma with floral notes like acacia, rose, lavender, and citrus, along with fruity hints of peach, apricot, and tropical fruit, plus light herbal touches. With age, they can develop subtle hydrocarbon notes. The wine is made by leaving the skins to macerate with the juice for two to three days, then fermenting naturally without temperature control or added sulfites.
