Made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, this robust single barrel bourbon is matured for a minimum of five years before spending a further 30 days in lightly toasted American white oak barrels. Each barrel is then individually selected for its outstanding character, depth and balance.
Bottled at natural cask strength without dilution, it reveals generous flavours of caramelised sugar, toasted marshmallow and warming spice, leading to a long, rich finish layered with notes of oak and buttery toffee.
