Sugrue ‘Bonkers’ Chardonnay

Bonkers began as a mere spark of an idea from Sugrue South Down during the near-perfect 2022 vintage a year when England’s vineyards basked in one of the warmest summers on record. This Bonkers Chardonnay is produced using the solera system, which means it is crafted from a blend of multiple vintages (2022, 2023 and 2024) along with a controlled oxidation process.
