Hot days and intense sunshine are the ideal climate for Shiraz and Grenache. Coming from a number of vineyards in the Western Ridges and Northern districts of the Barossa. Aged 18 months in oak. Dense and spicy on the palate, blackberry, black cherry, spice, chocolate and a touch of liquorice. Really good depth, a lovely savoury style with soft tannins.
