The Gyotaku smells like it’s going to be sweet, but alas nay! Aromatic, floral but with a dry, focused finish. Designed to go with sushi and sashimi, a real jigsaw of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Pinot Blanc and Gewurztraminer. Elegant Alsace in a glass!
