Made without oak, the wine shows a more Chablis-inspired style, with notes of lemon zest, baked apple, ripe peach, flinty minerality and a subtle pastry-like character.
Produced from vineyard parcels around the village of Bernouil, the Chardonnay grapes are predominantly machine harvested before being transferred to the winery for gentle extraction using a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where the wine is also matured for 12 months to preserve its purity and freshness.
