Calappiano Chianti Riserva Vinciano
Vinciano is a flagship wine from Fattoria di Calappiano, crafted from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks before the wine is matured for 24 months in large Slavonian oak casks, allowing it to develop depth and elegance. Deep ruby in colour, it offers an expressive bouquet and a richly layered palate filled with notes of black cherry, prune, violets, and dried flowers. An excellent partner for chargrilled steak, slow-cooked casseroles, and other hearty dishes.
