Expression Ull de Llebre is crafted from carefully selected organic vines grown in the finest vineyards of the Serra de Tramuntana. Sourced from a small two-hectare plot, each vine is chosen to best express the character of the native soils and the purity of the variety.
Made with patience and precision, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before a slow fermentation at low temperatures for a minimum of 30 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine then rests on its lees for five months without additives, before gentle filtration and bottling preserve its natural elegance and distinctive sense of place.
