A great new addition to us here in Quaff. Rathfinny have been grabbing all the local press with their ambition plans for the feature. Based in Alfriston, near Seaford. Their classic cuvee is soft, with hints of brioche and baked apples on the nose followed by a lovely texture on the palate. A classy fizz.
