Plumpton Sparkling Charmat

A lively and distinctive blend led by Reichensteiner, Chardonnay and Ortega. Fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to retain its freshness and vibrancy, it highlights bright fruit character and crisp acidity. The base wine then undergoes a secondary fermentation in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method, producing a sparkling wine with a fresher, fruit-forward style and vibrant effervescence.
