We love it for its soft mousse, toasty, bottle-aged depth of flavour and good length. It’s fantastic value for money; premier cru wine that is better than many Grande Marque champagnes, at a much better price.
Grapes – 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay
