Laure Dubois manages this highly regarded estate alongside her husband Romain Dubois, with the domaine now fully converted to organic farming. Their wines are consistently elegant and well made, primarily from the Lirac appellation, located north-west of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, along with this Côtes du Rhône bottling from just outside the area.
