Jordan Wine Estates Assyrtiko

From high-altitude, north-facing slopes with cool, dry, rocky conditions, the site was deliberately chosen to suit the changing climate—among the first to plant Assyrtiko. The wine shows a saline, rounded, island-style character, with bright acidity, freshness, and a pleasing texture. A strong addition to the South African range.
