Felicette First Contact Orange
This vibrant skin-contact wine is a co-fermentation of Grenache Gris and Muscat. Harvested in late August, the grapes were destemmed and underwent a temperature-controlled maceration with daily pump-overs. After 20 days on the skins, the wine was pressed off to complete fermentation.
Served chilled, it bursts with bright citrus peel and zesty freshness. As it warms, greater complexity emerges, with delicate floral aromas and subtle spice adding depth and character. Fresh, lively and beautifully textured, it finishes with an energetic, refreshing lift.
