Nathalie et Gilles Fèvre Chablis
Gilles and Nathalie Fèvre met while studying oenology at university, where they both qualified as oenologists. Today, Gilles oversees the vineyards, while Nathalie leads the winemaking, combining generations of family tradition with technical expertise.
The family’s winemaking roots stretch back more than a century, when Gilles’ great-grandfather first planted vines and produced wine around the village of Fontenay-Près-Chablis. The next generation has since joined the estate, with their daughter Julie, a qualified agricultural engineer and oenologist, continuing the family’s commitment to excellence.
Today, the domaine spans 50 hectares, all planted on the renowned Kimmeridgian limestone soils that define Chablis. Of these, 33 hectares are dedicated to village Chablis, producing wines that reflect the purity, minerality and elegance of this exceptional terroir.
