Diamantakis Vidiano

Diamantakis Vidiano is made entirely from Vidiano, one of Crete’s most promising indigenous white grape varieties. It undergoes a classic white winemaking process at low temperature (around 16°C), followed by three months of maturation on fine lees before being bottled.
