Spain, famed for eating when most of us Brits are thinking about sleep, are known for producing such iconic wines as Rioja.  Scratch away at the surface though and you’ll soon realise that there are plenty of more wines worthy of attention.  We’ve featured such classics as Cava, Rioja and Albarino, but also some lesser-known grapes and regions such as Valencia and Rueda.
