Fontaine Du Sud Blanc

Fontaine du Sud is fruit-led, showcasing the purity and character of the vineyard and its vines. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at low temperatures (around 13.5°C), followed by winter ageing on the lees. The result is a fresh, complex wine with expressive aromatics.
