Sensale Syrah
Sensale, part of the Sibiliana Vini range, is an expressive organic Syrah that captures the character of Sicily’s sun-drenched vineyards. Produced under the Terre Siciliane IGP designation, it combines the richness of the island’s winemaking heritage with a contemporary, minimal-intervention approach.
Deep ruby in colour, the wine offers generous aromas of ripe wild berries and concentrated fruit, complemented by a subtle hint of vanilla. The palate is full-bodied yet vibrant, with juicy red-fruit flavours, smooth, velvety tannins and refreshing acidity bringing balance and definition to the finish.
Made from 100% organically grown Syrah, the wine is fermented and aged in traditional amphorae. This ancient technique encourages gentle oxygenation, helping to soften the tannins while preserving the purity of the fruit and the variety’s natural expression. The result is a characterful Sicilian red that combines generous fruit, supple texture and an appealing freshness.
