Leticia Las Estelas Cabernet Cabernet
Sourced from the Finca Mangato vineyard in El Paral, Tupungato, at 1,200 metres above sea level, this meticulously crafted blend reflects Estela’s unwavering attention to detail. Made from 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, most of the Cabernet Sauvignon is co-fermented with the Cabernet Franc, while the remainder is matured for nine months in second-fill French oak, adding subtle complexity and structure.
The result is a seamless, beautifully balanced wine where the blend shines brighter than either variety alone. Fragrant hibiscus, violets and sweet spice lead on the nose, followed by layers of ripe cassis, juicy redcurrant and a touch of graphite on the palate. Elegant, concentrated and wonderfully harmonious, this is an exceptional value red with impressive finesse.
