Inspired by the Scottish farmers who settled on Australia’s vast south-eastern plains, bringing with them their iconic shaggy-haired Highland cattle, Heilan Coo is a collaboration between Moreno, a Scottish partner, and Andrew Peace Wines. The name also pays tribute to a historic Australian wine brand with family ties to the project. Rich, approachable and full of character, Heilan Coo celebrates the meeting of Scottish heritage and Australian winemaking.
