Crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It shows a warm pink hue with a lively mousse, offering notes of dried cranberry and subtle autolytic character. Well-defined red fruit flavours are lifted by bright acidity, balanced by a creamy texture and satisfying weight. The finish is savoury, with an appealing brioche note. Delicious on its own, or paired with canapés, charcuterie, or smoked fish.
