The name Les Crayères refers to the ancient chalk quarries that now serve as the region’s iconic underground cellars, a reminder of the terroir that defines this exceptional site.
Rich and expressive, the wine combines luscious orchard and stone fruit with vibrant citrus freshness. Layers of lemon, ripe peach and subtle red fruit are framed by an unmistakable chalky minerality, bringing freshness, saline complexity and impressive length. Fermentation and ageing in oak allow the wine to develop additional texture and depth without overshadowing the purity of the fruit, resulting in a beautifully balanced Champagne with refined richness, remarkable precision and a long, elegant finish marked by lingering mineral notes.
