The Thymiopoulos family has been cultivating grapes in the Naoussa region of Greek Macedonia for generations. Winemaker Apostolos’ father, Sergios, originally sold their grapes to local wineries. Recognizing the chance to create wines under the family name, Apostolos launched his first vintage in 2005, highlighting the local Xinomavro grape and utilizing the family’s old bush vines to craft high-quality, modern interpretations of this indigenous variety.
