Belles Eaux Mistral Merlot

This Merlot takes its name from the Mistral wind that sweeps up from the south across Languedoc and Provence. It’s a touch fuller and bolder than the Syrah above—showing deeper colour, slightly higher alcohol, and more overall weight. A hint of tannin on the finish helps keep the fruit in balance, preventing it from tasting overly jammy.
