The grapes are fermented in the traditional manner but done with a delicate hand to ensure silky tannins. The wines reflect perfectly their terroir but are, at the same time supremely drinkable lacking the aggressive tannins of so many wines from the region.

Agricola Marrone has been producing outstanding wines in Piedmont for four generations. The third and fourth generations are running the estate today and every care is taken to ensure the quality of the wines. The grapes are hand picked into 18kg boxes and transported to the winery on sleds to avoid them being bounced about on the back of a trailer!
