Bodega Maires Shipping Offer
We discovered this little known Spanish winery last year at a trade tasting and loved them! We shipped a small quantity before Christmas to see how they would be received and they went down a storm, so this time we’ve gone big and shipped almost triple the amount!
For those of you who don’t know Bodega y Vinedos Maires, founded in 2015 by two cousins, are based in the north-western region of Toro, near the city of Zamora. Made from 100% Tempranillo (the main grape of Rioja), these wines are richer and fuller than those of their Rioja counterparts. The Cuzo is their soft, easy drinking everyday red, whilst the Carabizal and Valdearanda receive 4 months and 12 months in French oak respectively. The Adalia is their oaked Verdejo, a great take on an oaky Chardonnay.
How this offer works is, you buy a case whilst the wine is currently being shipped from Spain to us here in Hove, when the wines arrives (est. mid of April), we’ll then deliver to your door. What could be better, great wine at a cheaper price, delivered directly to you!
