Domaine de la Charbonniere Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc

Much less is seen of Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc, made from grapes such as Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussane, than of CNdP Rouge, which makes up 95% of this appellation’s production. This is gorgeously complex and has a rich, glamorous mouthfeel with hints of white and yellow peaches, a touch of brioche followed by notes of peach blossom and an enduring mineral finish.
