Much less is seen of Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc, made from grapes such as grenache blanc, marsanne and roussane, than of CNdP Rouge, which makes up 95% of this appellation’s production. This is gorgeusly complex and has a rich, glamorous mouthfeel with hints of olives, peach blossom followed by floral notes.
