Cape Heights Viognier
A ripe, full flavoured palate packed with jasmine and white spice, this is tight, focused and rich Viognier with all the classic varietal flavours.
Producer Profile
The name ‘Cape Heights’ is a direct link to the grapes that are sourced from across the Western Cape, an area of cold coastal vineyards and warmer inland regions, stretching up to high mountain peaks. Individual parcel selection of each single varietal ensures we capture the best regional characteristics. The style and flavour of the range is maintained by adding a portion of the previous years’ wine to the current vintage. Wines are also kept on their fine lees until bottling to guarantee freshness, character and flavour.
