Avalon was established in 1991 and began as a Cabernet Sauvignon based winery, producing a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and another from Lodi. Avalon strives to be environmentally responsible and sustainable throughout the winemaking process. Glycol, hot and cold water and compressed air storage tanks are used to reduce the energy load and natural resources needed in wine production and the greenest materials are sourced that deliver high quality wine with the least carbon footprint possible. Avalon wines are perfect for sharing and made to complement every occasion.
