Wiston Estate Blanc de Blancs 2015

Released in early 2020, after the extraordinary success of the previous vintage 2011 Wiston Blanc De Blancs, fruit for this vintage was picked in the warm October and November of 2015. This wine is elegant and complex with notes of tangerine, honeydew melon, honeysuckle and brioche. The concentrated flavour and broad delivery is the hallmark of a wine with impressive ability to age. Aged in 50% mature Burgundy oak barrels and 50% stainless steel, this single-vineyard, single-vintage, single-varietal Blanc de Blancs is perfect for immediate drinking and will also cellar beautifully.
