The grapes are hand-picked to ensure only the best quality grapes with the most delicate aroma expressions make it into the wine. A dash of oak and lees contact (40% in 2nd to 4th fill barrels) creates added complexity and depth.

Winemaker, Mike Graham, is something of a veteran with over 40 harvests under his belt. Over these 40 harvests, he has spent considerable time in the South African vineyards and is able to ‘forage’ unique parcels of grapes – which are turned into the delicious Forager wines.
