These low-yielding vineyards provide incredibly concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This blend (which includes a touch of Malbec, too), has a hugely aromatic impact with lifted black olive and tobacco leaf and hints of sweet plum pudding and chocolate.
