The traditional blend of 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 5% Coteau Champagnois. Delicate with hints summer berries, pepper followed up by serious class and texture.

Eager to create our own Champagne, we decided to embark on the development of it. Thus, since 2005, Germar Breton Champagne, produced and elaborated by Laurent Breton is marketed. Our vineyard is located in the village of Colombé-la-Fosse, in the south-east of Champagne, where nature offers a particularly generous land and sunshine.
