Bodegas Staphyle Iris Chardonnay
Bodega Staphyle was born of the Porretta’s family dream to produce their own wines. This all started in 2002 when the family rebuilt their 1930’s winery. Today this boutique winery marries old tradition with the latest in wine making technology to produce harmonious wines. Iris chardonnay has a wonderful tropical nose, all pineapple and guava. This follows through to the palate, crisping up a little to make a refreshing, easygoing unoaked chardonnay from Mendoza.
