Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It is quite perfumed on the nose with hints of delicate fruit. Grapefruit and lemon combine with subtle herbaceous notes. We have worked with Domaine André Dezat for well over 40 years, starting with the magnificent André Dezat, then his two sons Louis and Simon.
Brother and sister Arnaud and Stéphanie have built new cellars nearby. They will pursue a traditional form of ‘lutte raisonnée’ farming that endeavours to work without use of petrochemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers. Their 2021 are now in bottle and are very fine indeed.
Arnaud and Stèphanie bought in time for their 2021 vintage 2 hectares of some of the finest land in Menetou-Salon and we are adding their 2021 to the list.
