Sancerre Blanc, Andre Dezat

This is an outstanding sauvignon from Andre Dezat.  Restrained and very classy, this offers all the flinty and grassy notes for which Sancerre is famous. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It is quite perfumed on the nose with hints of delicate fruit. Grapefruit and lemon combine with subtle herbaceous notes. The palate treats us to waves of fleshy citrus, crunchy fruit, held tight by a neat minerally structure. Great with Feta cheese salads, asparagus and most poultry.
