Wines of the Ancient World Tasting, Quaff Hove, October 10th 7.30 – 10pm
This tasting is going to be a really interesting exploration. We’ll investigate techniques, grapes and countries that all played a part in the very early days of wine making. Wines from Georgia and Greece, wines that have been made in qvevri and amphorae as well as wines from grapes that have been used for millennia. This is going to be as intriguing as it is delicious. Seven wines and some fascinating stories, plus a few appropriate nibbles.
