La Chapelle Champagne Rose Nuance

We adore this Champagne house.  For those of you who are not familiar with Clos de la Chapelle, they are a small co-op based in Villedommange, a premier cru village in the mouth of the Marne Valley.  Elegant summer berries, a touch of brioche and the perfect way to ease into the bank holiday.
