The team at Folding Hill carefully selected clones and rootsocks proven locally to make wines with complexity, flavour, balance and length and have done everything possible to ensure the vines have been able to reach their full potential. We’ve stocked these wines for years and have watched the evolution of the winery with pleasure. The Ballasalla is very much a drink now style of red. Lush, plush and perfect with some cold meats and cheese.
