Demand for these sparkling stars has fizzed up in recent years, so come along as we pop corks and explore what the rest of the world is pouring. We’ll jet off to Italy (no, not Prosecco!), swing by Sussex for some seriously fabulous local fizz, and — it would be rude not to — sip a Champagne for good measure.
