Legend has it this was the instruction given by a supermodel to Espresso Martini inventor and barman Dick Bradsell of The Soho Brasserie in 1983. Fatman’s Espresso Martini has taken Dick’s original and dialled down the 80’s shoulder pads for the modern palette. We start with a single origin coffee bean from the small Columbian town of Timana. Not only does it give a healthy jolt of caffeine it delivers bags of flavour – caramel, molasses and citrus. Then it’s blended with one of the finest premium vodkas and a rich coffee liqueur to satisfy the most demanding diva.
