Evan Williams Single Barrel 2012 Whiskey

This is Evan Williams finer stuff.  An aged single barrel bourbon that actually stands out well.  It was produced in 2012 and bottled in 2019, so it’s had a lovely bit of time in the barrel and developed some lovely pecan, woody spice notes to it.
