Wine Tasting: Cheap v Classy? Quaff Hove, Thursday 30th January, 7.30-10pm
A bit of fun for January, this is a comparison tasting where you’ll be given a pair of wines, one posh and one plonk (or as plonk as Quaff gets!) Can you tell the difference between cheap and cheerful and a ‘vin de meditation’? Which do you prefer? (there are no wrong answers) This will be a great way to explore some different styles of wines and understand a bit more about what makes one wine more expensive than another. We’ll open about eight different wines from across the world and flavour spectrum. No spitting required!
We’ll provide some lovely nibbles, so bring some friends and have a fun, fascinating wine experience.
