The Forager Red
Hand harvested with rigorous bunch selection in the vineyards to ensure the best quality grapes. The wine displays layers of red berries and cherry and is complimented by notes of white pepper, dried herbs, clove and subtle vanilla spice from oak (10-14 months in older French and American oak).
Producer Profile
Winemaker, Mike Graham, is something of a veteran with over 40 harvests under his belt. Over these 40 harvests, he has spent considerable time in the South African vineyards and is able to ‘forage’ unique parcels of grapes – which are turned into the delicious Forager wines.
