Gallimard Pere et Fils Cuvée Reserve Rosé NV
The family developed Gallimard Champagne in 1930, when Jules and Ernest Gallimard, decided to produce their first bottles. The 10 hectare vineyards is located on the land of Riceys in Dawn, famous because of the personality of its Pinot Noirs, fine and fruity. Their Champagnes are raised in the greatest respect for tradition and modern oenology. Champagne Gallimard has a reputation for being balanced, as it comes from hillsides that receive sunshine. This is one of the rare rosé champagnes produced by a short maceration of the grapes of Pinot Noir, and 10% Chardonnay gives it lightness and delicacy. It's a true moment of happiness to open this Rosé Champagne, which explodes a mile and has fuschia coloured bubbles. Berry fruit with big flavours to awaken your taste buds, and finally leave you with delicious jammy flavors of cherry and strawberry in the mouth.
