Domaine Mittnacht Cuvee ‘Gyotaku’

Mittnacht own and lease over 20 hectares of well-sited vineyards around Hunawihr and Ribeauville, in one of the most beautiful winelands in the world. This is all now managed biodynamically. The Gyotaku smells like it’s going to be sweet, but alas nay! Aromatic, floral but with a dry, focused finish. Designed to go with sushi and sashimi, a real jigsaw of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Pinot Blanc and Gewurztraminer. Elegant Alsace in a glass!
