A dark, rich, opulent sweet sherry, with lush dried plum and raisin flavours - think Christmas pudding in a glass. Smooth, long and heady. It's a pudding all by itself, but is a glorious partner to good quality vanilla ice-cream.

The Moscatel grapes, cultivated in our vineyard Las Cruces are laid out in the sun until they become raisins. Fermentation is arrested early, in order to keep the natural sugar of the grapes.It has a dark mahogany colour, with a green-yellow rim. Intense citrus and floral aromas. Soft and sweet on the palate, it is reminiscent of honey, citrus and spices. Very sweet and long on the palate, but with a balance of natural acidity.

This wine, partially aged under a veil of yeast like the Finos (the biological process) completes its ageing without the yeast (oxidative process).Amber in colour with a nutty aroma on the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste.

Colour between mahogany and golden, Mediterranean dusk. Complex aromas of candied orange peel, coffee sweets, walnuts and vanilla. Sweet and tasty in the mouth, good acidity, persistent but not sickly. Walnuts and vegetables come back to nose, with pepper, coconut and lemon candies. Fleshy, long and delicious.

Aged for 12 years in our bodegas of Jerez, in American oak casks through the traditional method of “solera and criaderas”. Mahogany in colour, with penetrating smoky aromas. Reminiscent of dark chocolate and walnuts in the mouth. Intense and concentrated finish, lightened by a tangy acidity.
