The Crusher Chardonnay

This full-bodied Chardonnay opens up with fresh crisp aromas of green apple, tangerine, and supported by a wet limestone minerality that provides structure to its bouquet. The combination of 60% American oak and 40% French oak brings forth added background complexity to the aroma. This crisp and refreshing Chardonnay has flavors of bright Meyer lemon and tropical passion fruit with toasted marshmallow nuances.

Zohar Torrontes, Susana Balbo

Made by Susanna Balbo from ungrafted vines at 1,700m in the Calchaquies Valley. A lovely nose of citrus, peach and pear and a beautifully aromatic yet dry and refreshing palate of lychees and tropical fruit. It would partner Chinese or spicy Asian foods extremely well. This really is a beautifully made wine, and perfect if you'd like to try something more adventurous than Sauvignon!
