Pale straw green in colour and enticingly fragrant, the 213 Sauvignon Blanc offers lifted aromas of ripe stonefruit and juicy citrus with underlying notes of blackcurrant leaf and tomato plant spice. The palate is fine yet succulent, with zesty citrus flavours and fresh acidity. There is an appealing plushness about this wine especially as it leads into a lingering and characteristically crisp finish.

A refreshingly intense bouquet of citrus, tropical fruits and fragrant fresh summer herbs underpinned by an appealing degree of minerality. Generous full bodied wine displaying an excellent balance of fruit and acidity with a fine citrus infused finish, a portion of indigenous ferment adding depth and richness.Partner with seafood such as lobster, scallops and mussels, but also white meats and salads.
A concentrated, floral nose of rose perfume, honeysuckle and orange rind. Great viscosity in the mouth, and lots of sweet fruit. A wine that one could sniff and sip on its own and be quite happy for it.
A great new addition here at Quaff, this St Veran comes from a single east facing plot called 'En Buis'. Rich notes of petals, just a touch of mint and slight citrus flavours. An unpretentious wine which matches beautifully with delicate fish dishes or very light grilled white meats. It's organic too!
